Meet Abu Baghdadi, the entrepreneur

Very few people these days have jobs and even fewer among those who have it, have the gall to disown them in favor of heading towards unknown territories or wherever passion takes them. To survive in these territories, mere guts won’t help. You have to be the brightest and the best in the business.

During the annual meet of the Conférence Internationale Affaires (CIA) held in Munich, the entrepreneurship awards were distributed. Entrepreneurs from all fields who have thrived and whose works have touched the lives of many were invited. CEO's and founder of many Forbes 500 were also present and graced the environment with their presence. Google founder delivered the keynote address. He stressed the importance of role of IT and how it has potential to change the lives of poor living in the slums of Dharavi. However, the show stealer this year was the newbie who won the Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Any guesses, anyone? You guessed it. It was Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi- head and founder of a company known as ISIS.

It started as an organization, subordinate to Al-Qaeda, the company that prepares 'Jihadists' to terrorize non believers i.e. people who don’t believe in Al-Qaeda. Till 2013, Al-Qaeda had near monopoly in the field of terror. It had stakes in most of the terror firms that are listed on the Swat Stock Exchange. Smaller corporations like ‘Taliban and sons’ and ‘Chechnya separatists’ that do not boast of a multinational presence also owed their cash flows to Al Qaeda. It has academic institutions set up where it trains many unemployed youths free of cost and specialize them in terror. Many people are of the opinion that the conditions in these educational institutions are unhealthy, but Al-Qaeda had always denied it. It maintains that  freshers are given the best of facilities and are regularly supplied with all kinds of drugs. They took pride in being able to brainwash youths from diverse backgrounds to serve their investors' cause. However, things started changing when ISIS broke away from its parent organization. Right now, ISIS is the figurehead of terrorism, replacing Al-Qaeda, although Al-Qaida still controls the training centers and is trying to kickstart in South Asia.

Abu Baghdadi is cold blooded and inhuman, qualities very necessary to be successful in this business. Under him, ISIS corp. has adapted a strategy much more aggressive than its predecessor. Within a year of its formation, ISIS corp. has scaled new heights and currently controls huge property in Iraq and Syria. Baghdadi, a keen observer saw huge potential in the Arab world, with rampant illiteracy, lack of infrastructure and poverty. The glistening market that the US created was all left to exploit. Scholars believe that his policies are not as innovative as they are deemed to be. Hitler was able to convince the bruised esteem Germans to get similar results. With sheer brutality, dehumanization and guns, the ISIS continues to expand and diversify and is on the cusp of becoming a fully fledged government. However the road from now is full of thorns for him. Many organizations that have direct conflict of interest with the growth of ISIS, like the Normal Human Beings Organization, Institution of Non Psychopaths etc are gearing up and ISIS faces stiff competition ahead.  Facing such stiff competition, the future of ISIS might be the very thing it specializes in- Death.
